Welcome, I am Friedel

We are a team of Personal Trainers in Brussels.


We do Personal Training with our clients all over the Brussels
Region
, indoors, outdoors in one of our Two Studios or at your
Home. All of us are university qualified in Sports and Science and
Friedel in Physiotherapy as well.


If you are looking for a Personal Trainer who is independant,
professional and qualified, you are in the right place.
We work as a team, can train you on one of our Personal Training
studios in Brussels. We can go out running, cylcing, walking, do
cross training in the park, or train you in the comfort of your own
home. The choice is yours, we will provide you with the best
possible service.

We don’t have to know your full name and address, instead tell us how you feel, what you want to acheive and the difficulties you encounterd in the past trying to accomplish your goals.

The First Consultation
is Always Free

The first time we see each other we like to take the time to answer all the questions you have for us. We also have a lot of questions for you, we want to know your training background, your current fitness level, the injuries you have had in the past and all the relevant medical information before we start training.

Your Training
Program

With all that information we are going to prepare your first training session. If after the first consultation you don’t start training with us, no problem, we wish you good luck getting in shape.

WE START OFF
EASY

Usualy we need about 3 training sessions to design a comprehensive training schedule for you. The reason for taking off easy is simple, we want to avoid injuries and discomfort.

PROGRESS


After 10 sessions you will allready feel that going up the stairs is easier, you will have better balance and start to feel better doing cardio. After 20 sessions you will notice an increase in strenght.

NEW YORK MARATHON ... IMMENSE JOY TO REACH THE FINISH IN CENTRAL PARK

With the aim to increase my overall physical and mental fitness (running a full-time business and managing a family (with two small kids), I decided to run the New York marathon in November 2007. I had always been running short distances (max 20k), and given a weak knee, I had somehow taken the conclusion that my knees would never survive a marathon distance! Friedel who was training me already on general fitness, convinced me that with the right mix of exercices and work-out, and a well prepared running programme, it would be worth giving it a go… Well, it was brilliant!
Throughout the full year of preparation, I felt gradually my fitness and endurance increase (never ill, not even the slightest cold..). The positive and constructive support of Friedel was key for me to be physically and mentally ready for the NY marathon. … and then the NY marathon… what an experience! It will stay with me forever! The crowd; the atmosphere and ‘suffering’ during the last 12 km and the immense joy to reach the finish in Central Park.

TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF IMPROVING THEIR FITNESS BUT DOESN'T KNOW WHERE TO START

About 12 months ago, overweight and feeling very unfit, I decided to do something about it. I thought a personal trainer was just what I needed and contacted several. Fitnergo were head and shoulders above everyone else. Friedel listened to what I wanted to achieve, he answered all my questions, reassured me about my doubts, and I felt confident that what I wanted to achieve was possible. Here I am months later, 8 kgs lighter and, at 54 years, leaner and fitter than I have been for a very long time. I have lots of energy and have even started swimming lessons with Friedel. To be able to swim has been something I have always meant to get around to, but never quite managed. Now, I have the energy and motivation to try.

FRIEDEL HAS EXCEEDED ALL OF THE EXPECTATIONS THAT I HAD FOR A PERSONAL TRAINER

If you are hesitant about the use of a personal trainer for yourself, I can recommend Friedel Van Peer without qualification. I have been working with Friedel for about a year and a half and he has delivered all the things that I was looking for in a trainer and has helped me to achieve my personal goals. I trained pretty much on my own for many years (over 15) and found that I was unable to train effectively once I developed back problems and experienced chronic neck problems. Friedel was able to reverse the declining trend in terms of the quality of my training sessions, while not aggravating my back problems, something I was not able to do for myself. My neck problems persisted however and, here, Friedel acted an intermediary for some excellent physiotherapists who have, in their turn, allowed me to manage my neck problems successfully.
